THORO® surface-applied waterproofing systems for basement tanking are suitable for remedial and new-build applications in all basement structures, giving full protection against damp and water ingress. The BASF Watertight System is an alternative to tanking systems, offering integral waterproofing utilising the RheoFIT® 790 series, a reactive hydrophobic pore-blocking liquid ingredient, and Glenium® high-range water-reducing / superplasticising admixtures to produce an inherently water-repellent and non-absorptive concrete. Watertight construction joints can be achieved with Masterflex® 900 reinjectable hose system.
