Thoro® Macromix  

Thoro® Macromix is a blend of hydraulic binders, lightweight aggregates, modifying agents and fibres. When mixed with water it forms a macro-porous render.

- High vapour permeability due to the presence of large air voids in the THORO MACROMIX structure.  These large air voids are evenly distributed, and are stable over time.
- Air voids ensure the dimensional stability of the render. Salt crystallizes inside these voids, preventing swelling and breaking.

- Modulus of elasticity of Thoro® Macromix similar to the one of masonry.
